USATF Masters 5K Cross Country Championships
Mayor’s Cup
 
Mayor Cup Cross Country Races with 2017 overall female winner Molly Siedel finishing the 5K in 16:18 , participating beside 2018 Boston Marathon Champion Des Linden.  Overall mens 8K winner, Ryan Mahalsky of the Hansons-Brook Distance Project, complete the course in a time of 23:37, a 4:45 pace.
 
The Mayor’s Cup, one of the most competitive open cross country events in the Eastern United States, is used by many of the top track clubs to prepare for the USATF National Club Cross Country Championships.
 
Franklin Park is part of the Frederick Law Olmstead Emerald Necklace park system.
 
Course is 99% grass and dirt

The Boston Bulldogs Running Club is a co-ed 501(c)3 non-profit club established in 2015
to provide an anonymous and safe community of support for all those adversely affected by addiction - those in recovery, their families and friends, caregivers, the clinical community, healthcare and wellness professionals ​and the community at large.​
